Who We Are The Gray Building Coalition, a non-profit corporation, purchased the building in July 2003 with a grant from the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board. A group of community members currently serve as a Board of Directors to administer the building. We are proud of the experience of our Board members, which includes skills in historic preservation, financial management, general contracting, architecture, non-profit management and education. All board members live in Northfield. Many members also serve as volunteers in other community groups and on local boards.
