Preservation Trust of Vermont is a charitable, nonprofit organization
founded in 1980 to initiate, stimulate and assist local and statewide
efforts to preserve and use Vermont's rich collection of historic,
architectural cultural and community resources.

The Vermont Community Development Program (VCDP) assists communities
by providing financial and technical assistance to identify and
address local needs and priorities in the areas of housing, economic
development, public facilities and public services primarily for
persons of low and moderate income.

Vermont Community Loan Fund
The Vermont Community Loan Fund (VCLF) is a private, non-profit
community development financial institution. Our mission is to
strengthen Vermont by providing equitable access to capital for
affordable housing, community facilities and small businesses.
